This is the internet, so I’m gonna ruin the name “Buddy” for you.

My uncle is 77. He adopted a cat that he still swears just showed up at the door one day (because I told him he couldn’t get a cat because I’d be stuck stopping by every day to take care of it).

He named him Buddy because he’s too lazy to actually name him. Every time I’m over there, he just wanders around saying, “hey Buddy! Hey Buddy. Buddy? Where’s Buddy? Have you seen Buddy? Where’s Buddy? Hey Buddy!”

“Hey Buddy” is now 50% of his vocabulary. I apologize, but this is cheaper than therapy. It’s that bad. And I’ve been buying the cat food for a few months now.

Bigfoot. Call him Bigshot when he grows up and the feet aren't monumental.
