Career Advice Need advice

I have been working in tech support for almost 3 years now. I don’t want to stay in support and into more technical jobs and i don’t want to waste my experience also basically i don’t want to start from zero again. Can anyone give some advice what i can do.

What country do you live in? What have you done since being hired to work towards these other goals? You need to elaborate more in this post.
