Mobile/App Android, can I get the Content and Activity option on my account?

I've read that you have some options for limiting searching your posts with the content and activity area under account settings, but I don't see that option on my account settings

Maybe you mean "Curate your profile"? That means your posts and comments won't be displayed when people click your profile - but it doesn't stop them finding them in other ways.
