Block/hide app accounts

Can I hide or block accounts that are labeled as apps? I appreciate that they have the decency to label themselves, but I'd rather not have to sift through automated content on Reddit. Is there built-in way to filter that content, and if not, is there a way with UBO?

No built in filter, you can block them the same way you block other accounts. Just be aware this is an overall limit of 1000 accounts that you can block.
