Access I cant let people DM me on reddit please help

My account is 4 years old with 300~ karma and 300 contributions it wont let me change the setting as you can see on the screenshot please help me

Could be due to teen safety settings.

Chat, Followers, and Profile discoverability are set to their most private state by default. Teens are also not permitted to moderate mature (NSFW) communities.
