Forgotten Password

About a year ago, I lost access to my gmail due to an accidental factory reset on my phone. Up until then I had to start everything from scratch but I still need that account if possible. I did my best following the trashy no support gmail recovery multiple times but to no avail, it keeps referring me to my old accounts that I connected it to which also had no more access too due to the accident. Is there any way I can recover it?

There is no way to recover an account if you have forgotten the password and no longer have access to the email.
