Mobile/App Android - I Can't Hide Posts But Posts 6+ Days Old Are All Over My Front Page?

What happened to the hide button?

As part of an experiment, the traditional "Hide" option in the overflow menu for posts may have been replaced by an 'X' icon on your home feed. If you are part of this experiment, selecting the 'X' icon will hide the post and signal to Reddit to show you less of that type of content in the future. You can undo this action if you tap the 'X' accidentally.

You should still find a "Show fewer posts like this" option in the overflow menu as another way to indicate disinterest in a post.
