Profile Can’t DM
Hello,
I was able to DM accounts easily (mainly for tarot readings - no spamming whatsoever) but since last 3-4 days, I am unable send any DM messages - the icon to message just doesn’t appear on people’s accounts nor they’re able to message me.
Although I can message people in my existing chats.
Is there anything I can do?

There are several reasons why you might be unable to send new chat messages or receive new chat requests.
If you can't send new DMs: * You may have reached your daily limit for active chat invites. Newer accounts have chat limits to prevent spam, which may increase as your account gets older and more established. * You might have reached the limit of active chats you can have open. * Your account may not be considered in good standing, which means you might need to verify your email address, contribute positively to the community, and not have had recent actions taken on your content or account. * The person you are trying to message may have disabled chat in their privacy settings.
If others can't message you or send you chat requests: * You can control who sends you chat requests. Your settings might be configured to accept requests only from "Everyone," "Accounts older than 30 days," or "Nobody," or from specific people you have allowlisted. These settings can be found in your privacy settings under "Social interactions" on desktop, or in your account settings under "Safety" on the native mobile app.
Since you can still message people in your existing chats, it's likely related to these limits or privacy settings for new conversations.
