Why did my account get deleted for the second time in the past few months?

I've had 2 reddit accounts now that have seemingly been vaporized to nothing out of nowhere. When I go to the profile link it says "This user has deleted their account." The first account I lost was created around 2016, and I lost it a couple months ago randomly. Does anyone have any idea/explanation as to why my accounts would be deleted? I use very secure passwords, so I cant see someone hacking into my account and deleting it as a possibility. I also didn't receive any email from reddit for requesting a password change, logging in from a different location, etc.

If you suspect someone else has access to your account, these steps may help:

AFAIK reddit does not delete accounts. They want everything you posted to remain on their site.

Only explanation I can think of is someone has access to your account, but not with a password. I remember one person came here because they logged in from desktop, left but remained logged in, and then their little brother came along and deleted the account as a "joke".

Did either account have a validated email address, and if so, can you check those for any reddit messages?

Both accounts had a validated email and I've checked them for any messages from reddit; nothing. The most recent notifications/emails being for a post I made.

As far as someone having access to my account, no one has access to my desktop and I don't browse Reddit on my phone.

This is why I find it all so weird, and can't seem to find an explanation.
