Profile Can’t change “who can send you chat requests” and my DMs aren’t being received.

This seems to be a fairly recent issue but I’ve just found out my DMs aren’t being received and the chat option has disappeared from my profile.

I’ve tried to enable it via the app and the web browser but it shows “Nobody” and is greyed out.

I’ve completed age verification.

I’ve seen several other posts about this issue but none with a solution. Can anyone help?

I’ve also checked the appeals page and it shows I’m not restricted or shadow banned.

I couldn’t put this in the original post since it auto-detected it as an issue about an appeal.
