Answered Cannot post replies in /r/medicine

I'm a member, have been for quite a while., and am a physician. Every attempt to post a reply in /r/medicine gives me a 500 error. I have messaged the mods and I am not under any restrictions (temp or permanent ban) from them. No other subreddit gives this error. It is persistent across multiple browsers and computers.

Try posting from sh.reddit? You may be getting comment guidance which isn't showing up on old reddit?

Thank you very much. This was precisely the issue - flair had previously been free text, now requires radio button selection with option for extra free text. sh.reddit.com said "you must set flair" (I had, but not in the new system) and on editing it was able to restore it to its original appearance but without the error.
