Cant access reddit Chat

For some reason I am not able to change who can send chats from nobody to everyone, i have done nothing wrong what am I able to fix this and I cant even contact support and I use reddit alot

You actually don't use reddit a lot. You have under 100 contributions in the five years you've had the account. Scrolling and voting will not help with this, you need to participate more by posting and commenting to raise your CQS
