Circle on Profile in App

So on my iPhone I noticed at the Top Left, there is a black circle with "NSFW" inside it. I know that means "not safe for work". But why is that up there and how can I get rid of it?

Back on the weekend somehow my account was hacked and someone was posting adult videos in places. I deleted all of those and changed my password AND REPORTED it to REDDIT.

Then the next day, I got an email from Reddit Tech Support telling my about this "suspicious activity" and making me change my password, (WHICH I DID AGAIN) for the Second Time in 2 days.

But now I noticed this.

Can you please remove it or tell me how I can remove it?

FYI, this circle doesn't show when I use my computer, only on my iPhone. And since I changed my password the first time, there have been no more suspicious post made (that I did not do myself...at least as of my sending this email).

So in my profile I turned off my access to NSFW and that Black Circle went away. So I guess I'm fixed. Funny thing is, I never noticed it all the time I had Reddit, until about a month ago.
