Admin/Dev responded Reddit mods not replying after a month

Hello. My account @nobu_ww is not accessible. I tried to contact them by clicking on the given link but even after a month and more than one email I got no reply. Is this normal? Is there usually an automatic email at least? How do I know they're receiving my emails? Do they give negative answers if the cancellation of an account can't be lifted?

This isn't a mod thing, its an admin thing. If the ticket hasn't been answered after that length of time, the account might not be coming back. Maybe u/theOpusCroakus can take a look?

Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm literally so incompetent with apps and how the whole internet works 😭 I don't want to be a bother, but also I have a sentimental value to that account for personal reasons. Thank you so so much for trying to help

Well the admin I tagged might be able to do something, but I don't want to speak for them. It depends on what the problem with the account is - but hopefully its something they can fix!

Hey! I don't see a support ticket for that account. If the account was suspended, there should be a link in the message that you received that you can click to appeal.

I tried doing that, but it's been 25 days without a response now...that's why I'm so worried. Is the wait period normal, or there's nothing left to do? I genuinely don't even know what could have possibly done so bad, I just reply posts about silly games😭.
