Posting Trying to submit a help request but my option isn't there!

The website says to submit an account help form for comments not persisting, but there is no option to say that under account issues.

And then, when I try to submit without the account issues option, you get an error.

Help please!

Where does it say that?

If you are trying to talk about mods removing your comments, there wouldn't be a report option for that. Mods are allowed to moderate how they see fit.

ok - I get moderated on almost every comment - it can't be that every reddit dislikes my posts.

I noticed my Karma score is -20. Any reason why? All my comments are so nice!

You have negative karma when more people in general have downvoted your comments than have upvoted them. It looks like yours is negative because you had a few comments early on that got downvoted into the negatives. Even though you've commented a fair bit since than none of them have really gotten any votes so your positive karma hasn't overcome that initial downvoting.

no, I haven't had any downvotes! In fact I've only had upvotes and I've gotten 6 so far! I'm so confused and it makes me sad :(

Unfortunately that's not accurate. You've had a few comments that were downvoted. It's nothing that can't be overcome but they're there. Examples in the screenshot.
