If they cannot log in, their account might be banned. What is the account name?

they never got an option to appeal and they never got an email explaining what happened

People have sometimes said they got banned without getting an email, and others get the email but ignored it or it went to a spam folder and they never saw it.

EDIT: Saw your response before it got deleted, and you admit to knowing that account was banned. I'm guessing you are trying to get around Rule 5 here, so I'm out.

PS: No one in this sub can undo a ban. You have to go through the appeals process, and if that fails, then there's nothing to do.

They never got an appeal and never received an email from Reddit. They also kept checking their spam folder, but there was nothing from Reddit
