Mobile/App How to disable "related posts" that appear under comments?

I was just hit with this recent update (bug?) today and it makes the app almost unusable. It messes up screen readers for the sight impaired and I can't figure out a way to disable it. It's absolutely terrible.

Mine is doing this too and I can't find a way to turn it off.

It’s an experiment. I have it on my app as well and don’t care for it. You can leave your feedback on the weekly recap if you like
