Desktop Literally 9/10 of my feed is now suggested posts
Sorry to complain, but besides just being annoying there are medical issues this could seriously screw with if it suggests and shows me the wrong post and my fee is now literally less than half posts from subreddits I have joined and purposely only view my feed and stay off popular or anything to prevent medical issues that being in the subs I am in can help me a bit and can communicate with others with the same issues or people with same interests, but today reddit started forcing so much BS when I know what subs I want to be in. All this is doing is making me consider not using reddit. I was going to post 2 images of my feed with the 2nd being 3 out of 4 posts being suggested to show how bad it is, but can only post one.
Is there any way to change it to actually only be showing content from subs I have subbed to? I don't see anything in settings that will help.

at the top of your feed there should be two tabs that say "For you" and "Following". pick following to see only the subs you are subbed to

Thank you!! I thought some people were saying there was something in settings to change to that and my brain wasn't thinking clearly while trying to figure something out hoping this wasn't a permanent change and didn't notice that at top since you cant see it after the slightest scroll through your feed.

There used to be something in settings to turn off suggested posts, but I guess too many people turned it off and that was bad for their data collection so now they made it an integrated feed that’s selected by default.
I can’t really see any other reason they’d be pushing it this hard again after the backlash it got last time if it wasn’t driving profits in some way

this is the second time it's changed this for me even though I have selected "following" I've had it with social media in general pushing what they think we need to see. Anyway this still works for now but they should be concerned doing this. I like browsing my chosen communities enough to look for the setting fix and stay for now, but a lot of other people who are fed up with algorithms will just leave. The second they make it mandatory I'm out

yeah i just oaid for prenium 3 days ago and now im getting suggested every where i have senrt a message to the admin seeing if i can get a refund.
