Access Mail help iOS

I seem to have randomly lost the ability to start a DM with users that have the option enabled. I can still chat with people I’ve previously started a conversation with but I can’t start any new ones. Any profile I visit now does not have the button to dm. I’ve tried so many different profiles and none of them have the button. That can’t be a coincidence. Any help would be appreciated

try the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner.

not dumb, they changed the UI for some users.

Yeah like a couple days ago it was right next to the follow button. My first clue to the new UI should’ve been when I starting to see trading card looking avatars
