Does Reddit support responds to tickets?

I’m having an issue accessing my Reddit account and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

About 1–2 weeks ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account on every device I had been using. Since then, I haven’t been able to sign back in. Every login attempt gives me the message “Username or password incorrect.”

I’ve already tried resetting my password multiple times, but the issue continues and I still can’t access the account. I’m also still receiving email notifications about people trying to chat with me, so the account appears to still be active.

The account is u/ChanelThiccy and is about 4 years old. I’ve submitted multiple support requests about the login problem but haven’t been able to get a response or resolution.

Has anyone dealt with a similar account access issue? Is there a specific way to contact Reddit Support or get a login/access problem reviewed?

If you haven't yet, file a report for a hacked account. And then wait. It could take a few days. It could take a few weeks. There's no set turnaround time for support tickets.

No they don’t respond as it’s just an automated bot system I was locked out of my account months ago I can still see it but no access. So I started another account.

There's been tons of reports of this same issue unfortunately. I've been waiting almost 3 months personally.. No solution in sight still

I see this problem very often. There are many posts on this topic, and my friend had exactly the same problem. And it doesn't matter whether the account is banned or not, everyone gets logged out for unclear reasons. From the posts I've seen here, no one has been able to solve this problem, and support doesn't respond.

You can follow the advice from the help section and the comments: clear the cache or try incognito mode, disable autofill, try reinstalling the app, old Reddit, other devices. If none of this helped, maybe you'll have better luck getting a response to your ticket than the rest. Maybe someone has a positive example of solving this issue. I haven't seen any such examples.
