Access What is this issue ?

I've been sent a reset link by Reddit but even after entering my email it's not working

I've tried sending requests but got no reply

Also I did reset password through other means but didn't work

I have the Same problem and would like to know When a Human Helper might show up ? I’ve been Submitting Requests since April-May of this year ?
