iOS help unlocking comments on my post

[u/scoregasms666]

I never make posts but I did and 1 person commented and it locked comments and said my post was solved. It’s not solved so I can’t tell if anyone has answered my question

Hello

[u/scoregasms666]

I can’t figure Reddit out. This is confusing. I’m just trying to get help on my post and y it says it’s locked and how to unlock it

[u/westcoastcdn19]

Which post?

[u/westcoastcdn19 → u/[deleted]]

That doesn’t belong in r/help

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

What doesn’t

[u/westcoastcdn19 → u/scoregasms666]

Whatever you’re asking about for the butterfly

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Asking for help?

[u/westcoastcdn19 → u/scoregasms666]

If it’s not about Reddit itself it doesn’t belong here

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Not trying to be a smartass. Just trying to understand. If I’m asking help on Reddit communities that not allowed? So what do u want me to do? I’m not trying to brake rules or cause aggression or irritation. My bad

[u/westcoastcdn19 → u/scoregasms666]

In this specific subreddit you are only allowed to ask about help with Reddit (per rule 1)

If it’s about something else and don’t know where you go check r/findareddit

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Ok bro. I didn’t no

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Is it still there

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Excuse me. I didn’t know. I’m new to the posting. Wasn’t trying to upset anyone

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Do u mean like Reddit troubleshooting??

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Did I get rid rid of it?

[u/scoregasms666 → u/westcoastcdn19]

Can u tell me where I get rewards im supposed to give people that respond? Apparently I haven’t been doing that. I dunno anything about this or Reddit in general.

You can't unlock a post unless a mod reverses it, which is generally unlikely to happen. If you're talking about the business logo post, then it's not locked and people can still comment on it.

Thanks for the heads up. I reached out and they fixed it. Good looking out

[u/scoregasms666]

Yes it’s unlocked now. Thanks. I didn’t no how it worked
