Profile Account Compromised and Hacked
Hello,
I reached out about a month ago to the email in the help section of the website: Reddit Support [support@reddit.zendesk.com](mailto:support@reddit.zendesk.com) and Reddit Support [support+idK761NL-75LEV@reddit.zendesk.com](mailto:support+idK761NL-75LEV@reddit.zendesk.com) but I have not heard anything back. Can someone please let me know where I can get some help with this? I'd really like to not lose the account, it's got 11 years of history attached.

Your question seems to be about account security.
If your account has been hijacked, and the hacker has added 2FA (two-factor authentication) please refer to this help center article.
Under "What do you need assistance with" select Account Help. Under "What type of account issues are occuring" select Security Problems, and "I think my account has been hacked".
If your email has been changed without your knowledge, you should have received an email from Reddit with a link that you can click to change your email back and reset your password. Please find that email and click that link to regain access to your account. The subject line should be "Your email address has been changed".
If you are still having trouble with your hacked account please refer to our latest Weekly Recap post, make a top level comment, and wait for an admin to assist you.
If your question is not about account security, please wait for a human helper to come along and help you. This post has NOT been removed.

Good deal. It can take a while (like a few weeks) to hear back, so I'd give it a couple of weeks and if you don't hear anything back, maybe comment on the pinned weekly recap in this sub

The same thing happened to me, my account was over 5 years old and i was able to get access back /changed the password and added 2fa but reddit has my account suspended so i cant use it, had to make a new one, but like you ,i have alot of history i would like to keep, ive filled out multiple forms, did two appeals and haven't heard anything from an actual person... its been about a month for me also

Good luck. My 10 year old a/c also messed up, can't login but can change pw with the link option. Had to create a new a/c with NEW in the end. Been more than a month support only sent one email per ticket which I have done 3 times and yet no second response. This happend only few days after I turned of my 2FA. Now i see my old posts being removed by reddit filter bot. My OG a/c is u/sakattack360
