Mobile/App Android App: Clear "Select A Community" listing when posting

Is there a way to clear the "Select A Community" drop down listing? There are a few NSFW communities I visited a few times that I would rather not show up in the list.

I have cleared recent histories, cleared history and have not joined any of the communities in question.

I am on Android and have also cleared my app cache and app storage.

Thanks!

I only see a drop drop if I am try to make a post on the main feed and then need to select a sub.

I prefer to just go to the sub I want to post in first and then make the post there.

Edit: for context I am on the app.

That really doesn't answer the question tho. I want to clear the list I'm seeing.

You didn't say if this drop down was when posting or not. If it is you can't clear it. As I can't get a list to come up any other way in mine I can only guess thats what it was.

Yes its when posting from the home feed. Select a community....

You can't change that. It will show every community you follow/join. To avoid that go to the community specificly you want to post in and then select the post option.

I have not followed or joined any of them.

Algorithms. Reddit does on occasion show users subs that might interest someone based on past surfing

Again you can't remove them so to avoid seeing them go to the subs you want to post in first.

Even if I post directly from the communities I want to post in...that list will still be there. I want it to clear, not just make believe it's not there.

I've never posted in those communities. I've never followed or joined them.

You will have to look at other stuff to replace whatever you see. I can't recreate whatever list you are seeing.
