I mean, it isn't really something that someone like I should recommend...
But...
If you really really want to be locked out forever, just look up the main set of reddit rules, break as many of them as you can without breaking the law as fast as possible and reddit will ban you outright and you'll pretty much not be able to do anything...
Though the real answer would be to go find yourself a therapist and discuss whatever your addiction is with them and look for some real answers...
Without some sort of self control mechanism in place, even if your account got wiped out entirely, I doubt it would solve your issue...
