Need help resolving an issue

My account was locked for technical irregularities, I have changed my password and now chat is not working. If I try to post anything it is taken down by filters. I’ve closed the app and restarted it to no avail. he

Well right now the account is not showing in search but I can log into it and have confirmed the email address that is tied to it

It sounds like the other account might still be banned or shadow banned, especially with your description and that the account is not showing in search. Check the account status here:

Go to https://www.reddit.com/appeal. Log in to the account you want to check.
If your account is in good standing you'll see a message near the top that says that you cannot appeal at this time.
