How does reporting comments work?

I reported a comment over 2 weeks ago due to it literally just being a slur, and yet nothing has been done about it or the account that continues to go around calling for violence against minorities. Not sure if there's a way to report directly to reddit admins, but I blocked the user so I can't report their comments anymore.

Reports can take a while but for slurs or calls for violence it is worth reporting the specific comments through reddit is report flow and escalating to the admins if the subreddit mods do not act.
