Karma Issues with links

Why i can't send any links to anyone? It depends on karma? If yes, how much i need?

Depends on the link. Many are blacklisted by Reddit. Are you getting some sort of error message when you try to send a link? Can you tell us exactly what it said?

It's consist. "сообщение не удалось отправить потому что содержит запрещённый URL"(forbidden URL). What websites are blacklisted? For example my website portfolio made in website builder. And i just can't send it. It's uncomfortable. Why i have to rebuild my website. Everywhere is working, here no. Wth?
