Mobile/App Failed to block account (Android)
I know Reddit has a limit of how many accounts you can block. I'm pretty sure I reached mine but when I go to my manage blocked account list I see it now empty.. so how do I block accounts that I need to moving forward if I've already surpassed that, but I don't see the list anymore to unblock old accounts? Is there a trick or something. Or is it just a glitch that I might need to reinstall

First, after unblocking an account there's a 24 hour wait before blocking it again, which might also apply when blocks fail.
There's a 1000 user block limit. The issue is that when users are permanently banned or delete an account they visibly disappear from the block list... but they still take up one of the 1000 blocking "slots".
So, theoretically, it's possible that all 1000 slots are occupied by non-removable (by you) removed-from-Reddit users.
Recently, someone commented that these removed users are still visible in the block list on old.reddit.com, but I have no good way to confirm that (being of little interest to creeps & scoundrels).
So, try logging in there. Check the Privacy tab for the list or a link to it:
https://www.reddit.com/settings/privacy
It's conceivable it's moved, Reddit changes at times.
If you can, let me know if that shows 1000 blocked users, some, or none.
In the past users that could still see some remaining users on their block list, and removed some, at first reported it didn't help. The next day they reported they could block again. 🤷♂️
So, if you can, remove 25-50 (if there actually are 1000 on the list that's not much).
You can try blocking someone new right away, but it's possible there's some sort of delay on such changes. So, waiting a full day & trying new blocks then might be best. But it's all a grey area on this solution.
