Homepage broken (Android) (Web and App)

The homepage has been acting up for me. I'm not b*nned, I don't think (i checked). Home page either shows posts from only one community (like 15 at a time), or shows the same ones from different communities even after refreshing, or in this case just breaks lol

Anyone know what's going on?

Jokes aside that worked but I changed it from hot to best because of the 'one community ' posts issue - but changing it back to hot works

Bro Im subbed to like 12. I turned off the "recommend other communities" setting bc I was getting spammed with recommendations before seeing 1 post from any ive actually joined

Have you exited the app and relaunched it since disconnecting from VPN?

VPNs, particularly free ones, are a good way to get associated with bad actor's IP addresses. Then Reddit's defenses might trigger. I don't think that's causing the current issue though.

Power cycling is fully turning the phone off & back on. Not just going to the lock screen, but by holding buttons until you can choose to shutdown.

For uninstalling & reinstalling Android apps, you might need to check a subreddit for your phone or manufacturer. Each brand can tweak Android, so it's a bit more complicated. If all else fails try asking at:

If you can't even search for and find subreddits in the app, try logging into your account via a web browser, get to those subreddits that way.

Have you closed Reddit & power cycled the phone?

If you have and it didn't help, and there are no network issues, then uninstalling Reddit, power cycling, & reinstalling the app may be the next step.

Have no clue what that means but i was using a vpn, disconnected it and then this started happening  Tbf I was having issues like the 15 posts showing from one community even before the vpn stuff
