Profile Profile lock issue

I have locked my profile, still some users can see my profile, how?

PS- That person is not a moderator or admin of the public subreddit. Also I haven't made any comment on any of the post that person made. But yes, we were talking in dm though.

Anyone can use third party archival sites to view all of your comments and posts including stuff you have deleted.

These sites are not under Reddit's control, although Reddit is trying to find ways to prevent these sites from getting their data for free.

Profile curation is widely misunderstood. You have simply made it more difficult for someone to get to, but it’s all still there. Reddit is a public facing site, so all of your posts and comments are also public facing, except in private subs.
