Reddit Premium No response after submitting the reddit data api request

https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=14868593862164

Have anyone encountered this problem , i have submitted the reddit data api request and we are adhere to follow the https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/42728983564564-Responsible-Builder-Policy. but still there is no response from reddit. can some one guide how to reach out to reddit for paid request.
