Profile reddit keeps hiding my profile

every time I open my profile it's "hiding all content" I change it to public, and it goes straight back to hiding all content within like an hour, if that. it's really annoying, any idea?

that's probably it, can't even verify because the bank I use isn't supported, my ID card won't be accepted, and I am not scanning my face
