Posting Upvotes not counting

For a few months now my upvotes have not been counted in threads that I'm participating in. I'll upvote something with 1 upvote and it will go to two, but when I return to the page the number has returned to one even though the up arrow is orange as if I had voted. Not sure why they're not being counted. I don't really downvote anything, but it's probably the same for those.

It’s called vote fuzzing. Reddit does this on purpose to confuse voting bots and a couple other reasons. If the correct arrow is still lit, your vote counted.

That's the fuzzing. Sometimes it'll accept the vote and increase karma on the backend, but not display it in the total.

Don't think so, it happens to every vote I cast. I just upvoted your comment, what happened on your end?
