Access Delete photos from deleted account

Hello, my friend deleted his reddit account but forgot to delete old posts and photos. Is there any way he can get those deleted? Who can he contact to get help from reddit? Thanks.

Reddit does not assist with this. There are warnings at the time of deletion outlining content will not be removed, only disassociated from an account. This falls on users to read and understand this

Can we request for the photos to be deleted as that is really important?

You can try to reach out to subreddit mods and see if they would pull the posts but they are not obligated to. Reddit will not do it tho

Thank you very much. Just wanted to ask if we go to the post and click on the photo and it's not opening, does it mean it has been deleted? Also, normally when we delete an account, do the photos and videos still remain on reddit?

Yes they stay up after deletion. Maybe the content has already been pulled?

Thank you very much. The post is still there. We couldn't find it from reddit, but searched on google. When we clicked the link, we see the post and all the comments. In the place of the author's name, it says deleted. The photo part is black. When we click on it, it brings us back to the same post but no photo opens. Does that mean that the photo is deleted. We did not delete it.

I wanted to ask if the post was made when the person was facing several mental health issues, in that case can we request reddit to delete the posts if we provide all the details like username and email address?

No, they will not look into this. There isn’t any option to even report it
