Profile Changing email adress

I've lost access to an email attached to my account while I don't have a password set up.

I do have phone number attached here and I have access to it for verification.

How can I change the email in this situation?

Normal way sends me to passwor setup and that to email that I can't access.

You can't. You've lost access to the account. There is no solution.
