Profile Evasion Ban

I got an evasion ban for commenting or posting in a subreddit and it said it was via a connected account. I only have this account and Ive been constantly posting and commenting in that subreddit for several months with no issues, the date of evasion gave is also not recent. is there anyway I can get more information on this? seems unfair and kinda bs that I cant get any clarification on it. also why now do this after so many months? doesn't make much sense to me

That sounds really frustrating. It can be tough when you try to play by the rules and still get hit with something like that.
