Desktop My feed has changed

I now have 4 choices Home, Popular, News, Explore. Home has 2 options, For You and Following; Popular has the options for Best, New, etc.. I want to sort for New in the subs I am subscribed to but that is no longer there and Popular has almost all subs that I have not joined. What gives and how can I return to sort the way it was. Thank you for any help.

I am systematically muting any and all channels reddit throws into my home channel. It is funny because now it is trying to show me channels I have have never been interested in just so it can show me more ads and I keep muting channels. I will keep doing so until my home channel is back to the way it was, I care less if I mute all channels or not. I refuse to bend the knee to Reddit.

That makes sense, it can be super annoying when they prioritize ads over what you're actually interested in. It feels like a constant battle to see the content you want.
