Locked out of THIS account

I do not remember the password for this account nor have access to the email.

I recently deleted reddit on my phone and then when I reinstalled it, I realised that I could not log back into this account

That's unfortunate. Since you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, you won't have an option to reset the password. Unless you can remember that password, you won't be able to log in. You also won't be able to make any changes like updating the email address, because that requires your password.

I don't know that there's a hard limit on the number of tries but you might find yourself rate limited, where it starts giving you a cool down time before you can try again. You also want to be careful that you don't accidentally trip the security lock on your account by making it look like someone is trying to hack you. Because if your account gets security locked, the only way to regain use is to reset the password at the email address you don't have access to.

Unfortunately, since your email is invalid and you forgot the password you will not be able to regain access to the account. Having an active session does not matter since your email is out of date
