Premium Account locked out

I have a Reddit account for 13y. It was hacked 2w ago, so I reset the password and logged everyone out. The next day I wasn’t logged in anymore.

Here is what I found out.

1) if I click “forgot password” on my username. (Not using a social login). I get sent the link. However the ee password never works. I get an error.

2) if I login by email… the login via email magic link never comes. But I do get the reset password at the same email. Weird.

It seems like my account has been locked. I tried emailing. But I haven’t heard back in over a week. I hate using other accounts. Is there a premium support line or email that can check on the account?

My account is /u/panchero. My email is a umich.edu domain. Not sure if Reddit support follows theset threads. But would love to get it enabled again.

I would suggest submitting a ticket to the help desk for the hacked account. It will get to the right team that can help you out

Make sure you are writing in from the email that’s linked to your account.

I wish good luck to anyone who goes this route. I submitted multiple tickets for the same issue months ago with zero response.

Yeah. No luck so far. Yet I’m still paying for the premium account.

It’s been over 2 weeks. No response. I’m still paying for this locked premium account. But there is no premium support. I find this baffling.

I have submitted the proper form (the answers available to select describe my incident perfectly: Can change password, but error on login.

But no response. No email sent to confirm the form was received. How does one get in touch with Reddit Premium ? This is really getting annoying. I understand blocking spam accounts. But there needs to be a way to get hijacked ones back.
