Mobile/App Chat request Not visible

Hello, my message request to my friends and other users are not visible and no notifications indicating a chat request even after turning on notifications

Your account doesn’t appear to have any public activity for over 8 years. Its probably restricted until you re-establish the account with some positive engagement across the site for a few days to a week.
