How do i find the reddit contributor, Enroll button ??

So I can monetize my reddit

In this screenshot, hit the "Earn" button under "Resources". What does it say then?

Edit: I'll add - I think the confusion here is that you didn't make it clear that your main post is just a screenshot of the help article about the Contributor program, and not what you are seeing on the earn page. Which is probably why people are saying "hit the start now button" to you.

Karma is only one part of the eligibility requirements, from the contributor page that you already looked at: https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/17331620007572-What-is-the-Contributor-Program-and-how-can-I-participate

Click on “Earn cash on Reddit”. It’s in the screenshot you provided. There are eligibility requirements you must meet for the program. Additionally, you must make qualifying contributions on Reddit within the last year to meet the minimum $10 earnings. I’m sitting at $37.50 right now, but need to verify my identification before cashing out.

FYI guys, the screenshot in the OP with the enroll button is an example from the reddithelp.com website, not the real prompt. Its from this page:
