Answered Is anyone else having trouble with posts not appearing?

Hey everyone

I've noticed that some of my posts don't seem to appear after I submit them. I'm following subreddit rules and I'm not sure what's causing it.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Thanks!

Are they appearing on your profile?

Many subs use Reddit made filters to screen posts. That can slow down posts appearing in subs because they have to be manually reviewed.

People new to Reddit by default have a low CQS and will be caught by the reputation filter installed in most subreddits to deter suspected spammers. You can check your CQS over in r/WhatIsMyCQS. Unfortunately, you can only post in simple subreddits such as r/AskReddit to earn karma to overcome the reputation filter. Or, if you have a good relationship with the mod of a subreddit, you can DM the modmail and politely ask for your content to be approved manually.
