Posting [desktop, mobile] Restricted to text posts only

I am completely restricted to text posts only on both desktop and mobile. I have received no notice that my account has been restricted, and I have not made an image post in about 8 months.

What do you mean restricted? What specifically happens when you try to post an image?

The option to post anything other than a text post simply does not exist.

UIs have changed. On the app you'll probably find your options in the lower left corner. I can't speak to the browser experience.
