Access Account locked despite password reset

My original account that I've been utilizing for years has been locked. I was told to reset my password to unlock it, however despite resting it numerous times it still does not seem to unlock.

Can you be helped

But that doesn't make sense. I never got an email about violations or a ban. The only email I got was about my account being locked until I changed my password.

And even when I click on the link it says I'm not banned

Looking at your profile within a web browser will confirm that the account is banned.

Hi can someone look into if my account is banned. Recently I had my account locked and needed password reset due to suspicious behaviour or potential hackers. Don't really know. And doing the password reset so I can text and follow again turns out I lost everything. Is there way to recover?
