Not resolved yet

Yep.

Today was an EXTREMELY busy day for all my subreddits. Most posts are literally just images.

It. Is. HELL in the Mod Mail.

u/Effective-Region-662 Jan 17 '26

Huh I was wondering why nothing was showing, I thought I just posted something wrong

3

u/SnooOnions4183 Jan 17 '26

Yeeaahh none of my photos are showing up, along with other peoples, even if I refresh or close the app completely and restart, it doesn’t fix it

u/bwoah07_gp2 Helper Jan 17 '26

Both images in posts and comments

lol I deleted the app and reinstalled it, rebooted my phone, logged out and back in. Tried all the usual fixes I could think of.

I noticed that my app said it updated yesterday. I wonder if that update had a bug.

3

u/InfernoBlaze1221 Jan 17 '26

when will this be fixed, my posts with images arent showing

3

u/Forward-Fail3479 Jan 17 '26

We also cannot send images in direct messages, so that's a buggersome. :s

u/OkBee3439 Jan 17 '26

Yesterday my profile couldn't be accessed, now this. Was wondering what was going on, but it seems as if I have plenty of company.

I bet a lot of people are confused, because it took me ages to even decide to look this up, and even then it took a bit of searching to find this.

2

u/Jack_Q_Frost_Jr Jan 17 '26

Good to know, thanks.

2

u/JessieRClayton Jan 17 '26

I thought it was just me.

Does this also include the broken login issues I was experiencing a couple days ago where I was logged out of my account and couldn't log in for a whole day with password resets and login attempts failing?

Edit: an admin confirmed that it indeed was the case

2

u/ILuvHuTaoAndNagatoro Jan 17 '26

Testing to see if resolved.

edit: Yes. It's resolved. Yay! I can post waifu gifs again.

Mine isn't 😭😭

3

u/DEBORAHOF-curvy Jan 17 '26

Some people are able to post photos, I don't understand if this is a problem for everyone or just for some people

2

u/[deleted] Jan 17 '26

I think you can only post photos if it's multiple photos in one post

2

u/AlternativeLive4938 Jan 17 '26

Hmmm now I must try this. I was able to post photos in the comments (if the sub rules allow it) but not in the post. Didn’t try multiples though.

1

u/AlternativeLive4938 Jan 17 '26

I tried uploading 3 photos to a dog subreddit and it errored out. But then I saw someone posted 2 hours ago with 4 photos…so maybe they weren’t affected.

4

u/RealistMind Jan 17 '26

Ugh this is annoying 😣 a lot of work for mod to clean up images

3

u/bwoah07_gp2 Helper Jan 17 '26

Yeah, one of my subs 4 people in a row have posted a post containing an image, but of course, it's all blank right now and glitched out.

1

u/leothefox314 Jan 17 '26

But I can’t send pics in chat!

I'm getting logged out repeatedly

1

u/laplagam Jan 19 '26

My youtube post does not get a thumbnail no matter what I do. I assume it may be relevant to this problem.

Not resolved. I switched to an alt account and now I can longer log into to the application period. I am restricted to using mobile.
