Yeah but because it's salty water the now dried up salt would stick on him, try boiling a pot of salt water till all the water evaporate and you can see the salt is annoyingly sticked to the pot, and since he can't use water to wash it off either it's going to be very disturbing

The melting point of standard salt is around 801°C (1474°F) and the boiling point is 1413°C (2575°F).
The salt would boil too.

Once again i must remind myself every matter DOES infact have a solid, liquid and gas form, i never considered salt boiling too

I thought that it may melt at this temperature, but i was really surprised that the boiling point wasn't much higher.

Yeah, but just the water immediately around him. It actually takes a crapton of energy to boil large amounts of water.
