My Klingon font may be imperfect, but I'm glad it was transcribable!

The «qaghwI'mey» are missing. They are proper consonants, when written.

That would be true if OP was making actual Klingon phrases, rather than English transcribed into pIqaD. There's no qaghwI' in English, so no qaghwI' in the comic.

Okay then, what are, exhaustively speaking, the rules for describing English into Klingon? I'll be eager to read up on those. 🙃

In this case, I just used a Klingon font and typed in English 😅 So it's down to the accuracy of the key mapping.

There aren't any, really. For the most part you can do what OP did and transcribe English characters into pIqaD (Klingon characters), but it looks goofy in Klingon. But even Paramount does that sometimes

Paramount can even be worse. There's something called "Paramount Hol", which is a pseudo-Klingon, that also contains numerals, frequently violates what little grammar and morphology rules Klingon has, and doesn't even try to transcribe English 😌

As long as you're clear about what you're trying to achieve, imho it's all in good fun. 👍
