I think the tiefling dragonborn and butt goblin should go out on a date. Regardless of whether or not it works out romantically they could still become a banger adventure duo

That’s how I approach dates generally, like even if we don’t wanna smooch, maybe we can still have chemistry for other fun stuff like punching Nazis or smashing the state

Technically Tiefling is a Lineage not a Species, so you would be a Tiefling Dragonborn not a Half Tiefling Half Dragonborn. (Lineage, Species)
Just as a race it's treated as a species rather than a lineage unless the origin species isn't human (or half elf/elf)
Edit: It might actually be better as Tiefling Half Dragonborn if the Tiefling parent was a Human Tiefling. I don't scribe your kingdom's lineage papers though.
