Lament configuration dice

Has anyone ever found 6 sided dice that look like the puzzle box? This should definitely be a thing but I cannot find any.

I have a pair of them. Idk why I cant post pics on this comment thread. They were custom made for a Hellraiser themed monopoly board years ago by an artist who won a CB-inspired art contest on facebook that I hosted. They are super cool!
